Sooki Foods is committed to delivering premium-quality products. Due to the nature of our food items and strict food safety standards, we do not accept returns.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any opened or unopened products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of the food we ship to our customers.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sookifoods.com with photos and a brief description of the issue. If the issue is verified, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

We do not require damaged or incorrect items to be returned.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send any products back to us without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
