Soy Glazed Salmon
Rich, flaky salmon glazed with a mix of soy, garlic, and a hint of sweetness that caramelizes as it cooks. The glaze forms a savory crust that balances salt, umami, and a touch of smoke from the pan. It’s simple, deeply flavorful, and just as good with rice as it is over greens.
